Town Administrator - Robert Harvey
The Town Administrator plans, organizes, manages, directs and implements the goals and objectives of the Mayor and the Town Council. Services provided are accomplished through department heads who manage operational details Duties include short and long range planning, creating and articulating a vision of excellence for the organization, establishing human resource management systems that staff the organization with productive employees, budgetary direction and guidance, capital improvement planning and working closely with the Board on major initiatives and priorities.

Town Clerk - Wanda Yow
Appointed by the Board of Commissioners, the Town Clerk attends all meetings of the governing board and records official actions. The town Clerk also acts as custodian of all legal documents pertaining to the Town, prepares and distributes the Governing Board agenda, administers oaths of office, and serves as Notary Public. The Town Clerk also acts as finance officer. The Finance Officer oversees all financial aspects for the Town of Stanfield including accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, payroll, and financial management.

Assistant Town Clerk - Bridgette Helms
As the Assistant Town Clerk, I help out the Town Clerk and Administrator as necessary. I attend all Planning & Zoning Meetings, organizing agendas and recording minutes. I love working for the Town of Stanfield.
