We are seeking the public's assistance with identifying the driver and owner of the vehicle seen in these photos. The car was involved in a hit and run accident in Stanfield at approximately 9:00 am on Monday, February 5, 2018.

The car appears to be a late model Honda Accord 4-door sedan. It is silver in color and had what appears to be some preexisting damage on the right quarter panel and rear bumper. The photos here show the vehicle just before it was involved in the crash this morning. It will now have significant damage to the front end.

If you can help identify this vehicle, please call the Stanfield Police Department at 704-888-8257 or you can leave us a message here on Facebook.

If this car belongs to you, we have your grille and front bumper. Please contact us as soon as possible to retrieve your items!

Many secondary roads are virtually impassable and the highways and thoroughfares are only marginally better. Unless you have an emergency that necessitates travel, PLEASE stay off the roads. ...
